Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of relationship management, account management or operational experience within the payments industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Operations.
• 5+ years of experience managing international payment processors, partner networks or financial institutions.
• 5+ years of experience in payment operations, transaction research, and settlement workflows.
• Experience interpreting technical processor documentation and managing multi-account portfolios across distinct geographic regions.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Partner Management: primary contact for international payment processors; manage 20+ relationships.
• Regional Direct Ownership: own specific regions including Australia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Europe and the Netherlands.
• Operational Execution & Support: review client setups and documentation to streamline integration; work with offshore teams.
• Issue & Transaction Resolution: troubleshoot roadblocks, conduct transaction research and assist with settlements.
• Risk & Compliance: identify and elevate account-level risks while adhering to standards.
