OpenKrill is seeking a seasoned leader to manage the LAC Tracker After-Sales team, delivering technical, operational, and commercial support for Utility-Scale and PMGD solar projects through the O&M phase.

You will own the complete after-sales lifecycle, coordinate across Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain and Quality, drive RCA and CAPA, and ensure timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction across the region.

• Lead and manage the LAC Tracker After-Sales team across Utility-Scale and PMGD projects.
• Own the complete after-sales lifecycle including claims, technical issues, failures, non-conformities, product improvements, and customer requirements.
• Serve as the main escalation point for critical customer issues with timely resolution and clear communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across Engineering, O&M, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement and other departments to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Lead technical diagnosis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), defining corrective and preventive actions and ensuring proper closure.
• Oversee post-commissioning and O&M activities: backtracking, tracker injection, component replacement, repairs, GPS mapping, troubleshooting, performance optimization.
• Manage CAPA plans across projects, ensuring accountability, deadlines, and follow-up.
• Establish and monitor after-sales KPIs, report risks and improvement opportunities to senior management.
• Lead planning and performance management: workload, prioritization, resource planning, training, mentoring, performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement regional after-sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality in LAC.
• Manage spare parts availability, forecasting, stock management, procurement, logistics, and component sales.
• Develop and maintain updated O&M manuals, procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
• Negotiate with local suppliers/service providers to ensure availability of critical components and services.
• Identify opportunities for after-sales services, upgrades, and revenue growth through technical solutions.
• Lead technical training programs for customers, O&M teams, and internal stakeholders.
