Job summary

Antech, part of Mars Science & Diagnostics, seeks a Laboratory Technology Solutions Manager to define and advance the modernization of laboratory technology platforms powering global veterinary diagnostics operations. You will partner with operations, medical leadership, engineering, quality, and enterprise architecture to ensure scalable, compliant, and user-focused solutions across the enterprise.

The role owns solution direction, roadmaps, requirements, and value realization, translating lab

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Technology, Laboratory Science, Laboratory Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in laboratory technology, diagnostics, laboratory operations, healthcare technology, or a related environment.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, LOINC, SNOMED and related data-exchange frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy for laboratory technology modernization and roadmaps.
• Establish priorities and requirements for lab technology initiatives based on user needs and regulatory alignment.
• Identify opportunities to build shared services, APIs, and configurable workflow components to improve scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology capabilities meet medical, operational, regulatory, and business needs.
• Define KPIs and leverage analytics to validate performance and ROI.
