Antech Diagnostics is seeking a seasoned laboratory supervisor to lead activities across diagnostic laboratories, ensuring timely reporting, budget targets and high quality results. The role emphasizes staff leadership, training, and cross-functional collaboration to support sales and client satisfaction.

Candidates should have a biology/clinical laboratory background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Science (MT or MLT) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 5 years general clinical laboratory supervisory experience in Chemistry, Hematology, Parasitology, Hematology, Coagulation, Serology, and Urinalysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities in multiple diagnostic laboratories to achieve client reporting timelines, revenue and profitability goals.
• Provide technical direction and supervision to laboratory personnel.
• Monitor and resolve client concerns and provide technical expertise as needed.
