Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Laboratory Technology Solutions Manager to define and drive modernization across global veterinary diagnostics platforms. You will lead initiatives at the intersection of lab operations, enterprise systems, and workflow digitization, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions aligned with long-term business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in laboratory technology, diagnostics, or related environment.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and operational needs.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, LOINC, SNOMED and related data-exchange standards.
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve delivery and efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to translate workflows into scalable technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year strategy for laboratory technology modernization across labs, diagnostic areas, and business units.
• Develop quarterly solution roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
• Set priorities and success criteria for initiatives based on user needs, risk, and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to build shared services, APIs, and reusable data models.
• Partner with Medical, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EA teams to meet needs.
• Translate workflows and business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Guide solutions from ideation to deployment, including analytics and automation components.
• Define requirements for configurable workflows, instrument connectivity, and data quality controls.
• Represent users in governance forums and roadmap discussions.
• Gather feedback to improve usability, adoption, and performance.
• Develop and track KPIs like throughput, turnaround time, and system reliability.
• Validate performance with SQL, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, security, and data integrity standards.
