Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Serology Lab Technician to test blood and other samples for viral and bacterial diseases, and to perform molecular diagnostics using PCR methods. The role requires adherence to SOPs, accurate data entry, and clean, safe lab practices in a dynamic team setting.

The position supports high-accuracy testing, equipment maintenance, and efficient workflow while emphasizing quality and safety in a laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in science preferred.
• Prior lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and analyze PCR and non-PCR tests as required.
• Read and release test results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment.
• Follow SOPs and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Restock supplies and manage sample library/queue.
• Support lab efficiency and quality improvements.
