Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a laboratory science or medical technology and/or CLIA requirements for moderate to high complexity testing.
• MT or MLS (ASCP) certification preferred.
• Experience with clinical microbiology testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform various clinical microbiology tests in one or more lab sections.
• Maintain and calibrate multiplex instrumentation systems to ensure accurate results.
• Resolve technical and interdepartmental problems promptly.
• Identify issues that may affect test performance and report to supervision.
