Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services seeks a Regional Labor Manager for a full-time position. The role involves travel daily to assigned skilled nursing facilities to coach staff, review labor data, and optimize scheduling to reduce overtime.

You will partner with facility leadership and corporate teams to align staffing with targets, support quality care, and drive measurable improvements while benefiting from tuition reimbursement, health benefits, a 401(k) match, and other programs.

Qualifications

• SNF experience required.
• Healthcare staffing, scheduling, or labor management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead.

Responsibilities

• Partner with facility Staffing Coordinators and Administrators to ensure schedules align with staffing targets.
• Coach, train, and support Staffing Coordinators to improve scheduling accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
• Analyze staffing patterns and implement proactive strategies to reduce overtime.
• Build strong working relationships with facility leadership to promote collaboration and accountability.
• Travel daily to assigned skilled nursing facilities to provide on-site support, coaching, and oversight.
• Review labor management reports to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment team to support internal hiring efforts and fill open positions on time.
• Partner with corporate leadership to align facility staffing practices with organizational labor management goals.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to assigned facilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret labor data and recommend operational improvements.
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
