Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a Regional Labor Manager for a full-time role in Baltimore, MD. You will partner with facility and corporate teams to align schedules with staffing targets, reduce overtime, and support quality care across skilled nursing facilities.

Travel daily to assigned facilities for on-site coaching and oversight, analyze labor patterns, and collaborate with Recruitment and leadership to meet organizational labor goals.

Qualifications

• SNF experience required.
• Experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or labor management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence and lead.
• Willingness to travel extensively to assigned facilities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret labor data and recommend improvements.
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with facility Staffing Coordinators and Administrators to ensure schedules align with staffing targets.
• Coach, train, and support Staffing Coordinators to improve scheduling accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
• Analyze staffing patterns and implement proactive strategies to reduce overtime.
• Build strong relationships with facility leadership to promote collaboration and accountability.
• Travel daily to assigned facilities to provide on-site support, coaching, and oversight.
• Review labor management reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Recruitment to support internal hiring and fill open positions.
• Partner with corporate leadership to align facility staffing with labor management goals.

Responsibilities for Regional Labor Manager:

• Partner with facility Staffing Coordinators and Administrators to ensure schedules align with staffing targets.

• Coach, train, and support Staffing Coordinators to improve scheduling accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

• Analyze staffing patterns and implement proactive strategies to reduce overtime.

• Build strong working relationships with facility leadership to promote collaboration and accountability.

• Travel daily to assigned skilled nursing facilities to provide on-site support, coaching, and oversight.

• Partner with corporate leadership to align facility staffing practices with organizational labor management goals.

Qualifications for Regional Labor Manager:

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or labor management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive measurable results.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to assigned facilities.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret labor data and recommend operational improvements.

• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
