Lead regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy and census goals across assigned facilities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare partners, and community organizations.
Support facility-level marketing teams in executing outreach, branding, and business development initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and referral patterns to identify growth opportunities.
Coach and support facility leadership on effective sales strategies, presentations, and referral development techniques.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with clinical capabilities and service offerings.
Drive accountability for performance metrics, including admissions, census growth, and referral volume.
Represent the organization at professional events, conferences, and community networking opportunities.
Minimum of 3+ years of skilled nursing sales and marketing leadership experience required.
Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
Strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, as business needs require.
Demonstrated experience in driving census growth and building referral networks in healthcare settings.
