$65,000-$90,000 per year
Guided by Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Regional Labor Manager partners with facility and corporate teams to align schedules with staffing targets, reduce overtime, and support quality care across skilled nursing facilities.
Partner with facility Staffing Coordinators and Administrators to ensure schedules align with staffing targets.
Coach, train, and support Staffing Coordinators to improve scheduling accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
Analyze staffing patterns and implement proactive strategies to reduce overtime.
Build strong working relationships with facility leadership to promote collaboration and accountability.
Travel daily to assigned skilled nursing facilities to provide on-site support, coaching, and oversight.
Review labor management reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the Recruitment team to support internal hiring efforts and timely filling of open positions.
Partner with corporate leadership to align facility staffing practices with organizational labor management goals.
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.
Demonstrated experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or labor management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive measurable results.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively to assigned facilities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret labor data and recommend operational improvements.
