Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a Regional Labor Manager to partner with facility and corporate teams to align schedules with staffing targets, reduce overtime, and support quality care across skilled nursing facilities.

This full-time role requires SNF experience, healthcare staffing expertise, and strong communication skills. You will travel daily to assigned facilities for on-site coaching, review labor reports for trends, and collaborate with Recruitment to fill open positions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in healthcare staffing or labor management.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Staffing Coordinators and Administrators to align schedules with targets.
• Coach and support Staffing Coordinators to improve scheduling accuracy.
• Analyze staffing patterns and reduce overtime proactively.
• Build relationships with facility leadership for collaboration.
• Travel daily to facilities for on-site coaching and oversight.
• Review labor reports to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Recruitment to fill open positions timely.
• Align facility staffing practices with organizational goals.
