Qualifications

• SNF experience is required.
• Experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or labor management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with leadership potential.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and achieve measurable results.
• Willingness to travel frequently to facilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with facility Staffing Coordinators and Administrators to align schedules with staffing targets.
• Coach, train, and support Staffing Coordinators to improve scheduling accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze staffing patterns and implement strategies to reduce overtime.
• Build relationships with facility leadership to promote collaboration.
• Travel daily to assigned facilities to provide on-site coaching and oversight.
• Review labor reports to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Recruitment to fill open positions promptly.
• Align facility staffing practices with organizational labor goals with corporate leadership.
