Premium Guard, Inc. is seeking a Key Account Support Specialist to provide dedicated account and logistics support for PGI’s strategic customers.

The role ensures exceptional customer service, accurate order fulfillment, and effective delivery coordination, working with Sales, Distribution, Logistics, Accounting, carriers, and customer contacts to maintain strong relationships. The position serves as a backup to primary account representatives and supports customer satisfaction and account

Competenze

• Experience in dedicated account or customer service roles.
• Ability to manage orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Strong communication with internal teams and customers.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day support for national accounts, ensuring continuity and high service levels.
• Manage weekly purchase orders from receipt through delivery.
• Coordinate delivery appointments across distribution centers ensuring timely scheduling.
• Monitor orders and shipments from warehouse release to final delivery and address delays.
• Serve as primary contact for order status and shipment updates.
