You will coordinate with sales managers and distribution facilities, track orders, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up. Qualifications

• College degree or 3 years’ experience in business, customer service or account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Results oriented with ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day needs of a portfolio of multi-million dollars accounts, including the processing of purchase order requisitions.
• Track orders and follow through for customer.
• Interact with sales managers, and distribution facilities regarding supply requirements.
• Lead and manage customer feedback and coordinate resolutions internally.
