Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager – Industrial & Manufacturing Robotics to drive revenue growth across manufacturing, warehousing, and facility operations within your region.

You will champion ROI-driven automation solutions powered by the FX Aegis Max and FABER platforms, guiding paid pilots to fleet deployments and owning top-line performance. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in B2B automation sales, a track record of meeting quotas, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B capital-equipment or automation sales.
• Proven ROI-based selling to plant managers, operations directors, and C-level buyers.
• Track record of meeting revenue quotas with margin accountability.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close industrial and manufacturing accounts across the assigned state region.
• Build scenario-level ROI business cases with the regional FAE.
• Drive the pilot-to-production motion: paid POC, technical demonstration, deployment, expansion, and multi-site rollout.
• Develop referenceable lighthouse deployments in material handling and facility inspection for the region.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM with per-lead Jira tracking; meet the 48-hour first-touch SLA on assigned leads.
• Coordinate with the PAR Development Manager to hand off or co-serve dealer-covered industrial accounts.
• Provide monthly forecast inputs to the UES 3-month rolling forecast process.
