The Facilities Group is seeking an experienced Janitorial Area Manager to oversee a book of business and the independent service provider workforce in Tampa, FL. The role emphasizes vendor performance, client satisfaction, and data-driven decisions using digital dashboards and CRM systems.

You will hire, train, and develop vendor partners, coordinate scheduling, and manage operations across a dispersed territory, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring contractual standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of management and supervisory experience in a related field.
• Willingness to travel ~75% by vehicle within the assigned geographic area (Kansas/Nebraska).

Responsibilities

• Manage client book of business and oversee ISP workforce.
• Ensure vendors meet or exceed contractual obligations and maintain client relationships.
• Serve as communication bridge between vendors, customers, and internal teams using CRM and dashboards.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of vendor partners; manage onboarding and scheduling.
• Oversee scheduling and service delivery; monitor performance via dashboards and reports.
• Respond to client or vendor issues promptly and document resolutions.
