Qualifications

• Two years of management experience in a service-related industry, preferably janitorial.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and place janitorial personnel; manage hiring, appraisals, and development plans.
• Represent company values and people culture in daily operations.
• Assign tasks, inspect cleanliness, and ensure quality within budget.
• Create work schedules and manage labor budget across accounts.
• Conduct new hire orientation and safety training for hourly staff.
• Prepare time sheets, reports, and supply orders.
• Maintain open communication and coach employees for success.
• Visit accounts to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Address concerns promptly and resolve issues with customers.
• Monitor accounts for additional work opportunities and contract growth.
