You will coordinate wet work with store managers, supervise crews, and ensure contract requirements are met with regular inspections and proactive client communication.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of supervisory janitorial experience, OSHA knowledge, and ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of supervisory experience in facility services or janitorial management.
• Overnight shift availability and flexible scheduling required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, incident investigations, and safety documentation.
• Valid driver's license required for travel across locations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and mobile applications for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a monthly visit schedule for assigned locations, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication with store managers.
• Conduct weekly QA inspections and provide reports to clients and subcontractors.
• Oversee safety observations, incident investigations, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Direct cleaning crews and coordinate with service partners, ensuring tasks are completed to standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and escalate operational concerns to management.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and inventory across locations.
