JaniTech in Colchester, VT is seeking an Area Quality Leader for the PM shift. This full-time role leads multi-site cleaning teams, ensuring quality and safety across client locations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of management experience (any industry) and a background in professional cleaning, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. You will collaborate with area leaders, handle administrative tasks, respond to work orders, and support project work such as glass

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of management experience in any industry.
• Professional cleaning or janitorial experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Background Check and Motor Vehicle Report required.
• Working knowledge of various cleaning methods.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible and able to reprioritize tasks as needed.
• Positive, team-player mentality.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Training, retraining, and assisting cleaners.
• Help provide cleaning services when staff are out.
• Keeping customer accounts in good standing.
• Interacting positively and professionally with customers face-to-face and via email/ phone.
• Completing administrative duties, including time-off requests, employee evaluations, weekly timecard reviews, etc.
• Responding to work orders in a timely manner.
• Helping with project work such as glass cleaning, hard floor and carpets.
• Being a visible, friendly face for JaniTech.
