B and B Maintenance in Burlington, VT is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee locations in the territory and ensure high-quality cleaning standards. The role requires supervising staff, scheduling, and maintaining a safe, clean workplace for the team.

Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 6-8 hours per night, 5:30pm - 1am. Benefits after 60 days include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and six paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, detail oriented.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Basic technology knowledge (smartphone, internet, emails, reports online).
• Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify.
• Experience in management/leadership and cleaning preferred.
• Carpet, floor and window cleaning experience preferred.
• Ready to learn, grow, and succeed within our company.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, hire, and train employees.
• Travel between locations within the territory & clean locations if needed.
• Order and stock cleaning supplies; perform and document routine site inspections.
• Follow health and safety regulations and complete trainings from the corporate office.
