JaniTech is seeking an Area Quality Leader for the PM shift in Colchester, VT. This full-time role leads a multi-site team of cleaners, coordinating with area leaders to ensure service quality across client locations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience, cleaning background, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks. The position offers a stable schedule, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Formación

• 1+ year(s) of management experience in any industry. (required)
• Professional cleaning or janitorial experience. (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Successfully pass a Background Check and Motor Vehicle Report.
• Working knowledge of various cleaning methods.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible and able to reprioritize tasks as needed.
• A positive, team-player mentality.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.

Responsabilidades

• Training, retraining, and assisting cleaners.
• Help provide cleaning services when staff are out.
• Keeping customer accounts in good standing.
• Interacting positively and professionally with customers face-to-face and via email/ phone.
• Completing administrative duties, including but not limited to time-off requests, employee evaluations, weekly timecard reviews, etc.
• Responding to work orders in a timely manner.
• Helping with project work such as glass cleaning, hard floor and carpets.
• Being a visible, friendly face for JaniTech.
