Zusammenfassung

TEC Services is seeking an Janitorial Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple locations in the Albany region. You will ensure service delivery aligns with contracts, safety standards, and company guidelines while coaching teams and coordinating with store managers and partners.

You will conduct QA inspections, manage incident reporting, and drive continuous improvement in safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in janitorial/facility services management preferred.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and flexible scheduling.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain a monthly visit schedule for assigned locations, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate and supervise cleaning activities with store managers and partners, secure timely customer sign-off.
• Report issues to Account Director promptly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct weekly QA inspections and provide inspection reports to subcontractors/clients.
• Monitor safety programs, conduct hazard assessments, and document incidents.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of cleaning crews and ensure task completion.
• Create backup staffing plans and collaborate with HR to address performance issues.
