TEC Services in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking a Janitorial Area Manager to oversee quality, safety, and operations across assigned locations. You will supervise cleaning crews, schedule visits, and coordinate with store managers and subcontractors to meet contract requirements.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory janitorial experience, HS diploma, OSHA knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and mobile apps. Overnight availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required with 2+ years in supervisory janitorial roles.
• 2+ years in floorcare or janitorial management is preferred.
• Willingness to work overnight and drive between locations.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety documentation.
• Proficient with MS Office and mobile apps for reporting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain monthly visit schedules for locations.
• Coordinate and supervise cleaning work with managers and partners.
• Conduct weekly QA inspections and report findings.
• Maintain safety observations and incident documentation.
• Provide direction to cleaning crews and monitor performance.
• Ensure contract compliance and timely sign-offs with clients.
