HM Solutions Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee onsite janitorial supervision across multiple client locations in the Midwest. The role requires managing staff, ensuring service quality, and coordinating with clients while traveling regularly.

A strong background in commercial cleaning and leadership is essential, with hands-on readiness when needed. Travel will be frequent, including overnight stays, and a company vehicle, phone, and business card will be provided.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience cleaning commercial, industrial and office spaces.
• 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lead a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to engage in hands-on work when needed.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and direct onsite janitorial supervisors and team members at client locations.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and evaluate personnel.
• Routinely inspect quality of service delivery.
• Proactively communicate with customers and suggest additional services.
• Respond promptly to requests and complaints to meet quality standards.
• Frequent travel, including extended or overnight trips, to oversee operations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies to prevent service disruption.
• Evaluate and improve business procedures to meet objectives.
• Manage accounts according to budgetary requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.
