Job summary

Total Quality Logistics seeks a Regional IT Support Specialist to deliver high-quality technical support across internal departments, handling escalated issues and overseeing software/hardware deployments in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with developers and network teams, plus travel to regional offices for hands-on workstation setup and maintenance.

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or technology preferred.
1+ years of technical customer or desk support experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots complex issues; collaborates with Database, Developers and Network Teams; works independently or as part of a team.
Interacts with developers and vendors to explain errors and recommend improvements or changes.
Provides advanced troubleshooting for software, hardware, and phone support as a team member or project lead.
Travels to regional offices to set up, relocate and manage workstations, switches, bandwidth, and cables.
Assists employees in diagnosing issues across hardware, software, and telephone systems.
Develops or tests training materials and may train employees on-site or in-classroom settings.
May write policies or provide recommendations for regional support operations.
Participates in rotational on-call scheduling; after hours and weekends.
May work in different offices to support customers.
