American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across regional clinics in Arkansas and surrounding areas.

The role involves travel to clinics to support daily operations, monitor issues, and ensure timely resolution with the Tier 1 vendor. This position emphasizes CRM activities, training new staff, and supporting telemedicine devices and conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned regional clinics on an approved rotation schedule and notify clinic management of final schedule changes.
• Develop relationships with regional operational managers and conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to gauge service quality.
• Facilitate training for new staff: profile setup, application access, and security requirements; coordinate with IT Training for various delivery modes.
• Support Dragon/Sheldon/WOW usage; troubleshoot wireless, AV conferencing, and online meeting tech; act as conduit to vendors for issue resolution or training.
• Support special project technical implementations (e.g., Titus) and coordinate clinic deliverables and ongoing IT support across projects.
• Proactively identify problems, classify and prioritize incidents, and provide detailed histories to partners to prevent recurrence.
