Job summary

American Oncology Network (AON) is seeking an experienced EMR Support Specialist to provide high-quality customer support for the EMR system, including Centricity and Microsoft applications, and to resolve issues efficiently.

Under the EMR Clinical Support Manager, you will assist with EMR upgrades, merger projects, clinical workflows, and training for providers and staff while adhering to regulatory requirements and SOPs.

Qualifications

• RN designation with OCN experience preferred.
• BSN preferred; unencumbered nursing licensure required.
• Minimum three years oncology nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide EMR support to internal and external customers.
• Assist in EMR upgrades, testing, and training for providers.
• Support merger activities and workflow optimization within EMR.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure timely entry of treatment regimens.
