Job summary

American Oncology Management Company is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide rotational on-site and remote support for our clinics. The role involves traveling to regional clinics, monitoring ticket queues, and ensuring timely resolution with the Tier 1 vendor.

You will train clinic staff, support Dragon, telemedicine devices, and manage communications with IT and vendors. The position requires 2-5 years of Help Desk experience, a Bachelor's degree in computer science, and strong

2-5 years Help Desk experience and documented ticket detail experience.

Responsibilities

Travel to assigned regional clinics on an approved rotation schedule and communicate final schedule to the clinic.
Be at clinic for minimum 1 hour, maximum all day as required.
Develop relationships with regional OMs and conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys.
Facilitate training for new employees: profile build, access to applications, and security requirements.
Engineer and support Telemedicine devices; troubleshoot wireless, A/V, and online meeting issues.
Act as conduit to vendor for issue resolution or training needs.
Support special technical projects launched by corporate IT and coordinate with clinics.
Identify and categorize problems; provide detailed history to prevent recurrence.
Provide Citrix Front End support including Citrix Director, Receiver, and SSO integration.
