Optum Insight is seeking an experienced regional IT support professional in Minneapolis to manage desktop, telecom and network infrastructure field support. You will work with regional coordinators to staff projects and ensure timely completion, including 24x7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include supporting desktops, printers, scanners, IP phones, and wireless devices, while following SLAs and ITIL practices.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma.
• 3 years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience.
• Experience with IT incident tracking tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).

Aufgaben

• Process new service requests from customer requirements through delivery.
• Coordinate IMACs and large deployments within SLAs.
• Provide on-site and on-call technical support for desktops, printers, and VoIP systems.
• Mentor junior staff and document processes.
