Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Regional Desktop Technician to provide on-site and remote IT support for facilities nationwide. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network issues, triage Tier 2 requests, and assist with escalations.

The role emphasizes documentation, knowledge-base maintenance, and collaboration with Help Desk teams. Weekend work may be required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years hands-on hardware experience preferred.
• 1–2 years network support including cabling, switches, and firewall basics.
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP) and Active Directory understanding.
• Experience with current Windows OS and Microsoft Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for facilities to resolve hardware, software, printers, networking issues.
• Triage and resolve Tier 2 requests; assist with Tier 3 escalations as needed.
• Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure resolution.
• Fully document end user details and call resolution notes per policy.
• Configure, maintain, test, and document Help Desk applications and knowledge base.
• Solve complex problems independently or with Help Desk colleagues.
• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests for assistance.
• Create and update procedural documentation; review new technology and make recommendations.
• Potential to work weekends and holidays; perform other duties as assigned.
