AdaptHealth seeks an Intake Manager to oversee regional intake processes and coordinate with referral sources to boost efficiency and loyalty across service lines. You will manage referral processing, ensure accurate data entry, and drive compliance with standards while training staff and resolving issues.

As a key liaison among departments, you will monitor performance, coach staff, and uphold patient privacy under HIPAA, with on-call duties as needed to maintain exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Associated degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three (3) years work-related in health care administrative, financial, insurance, customer services, claims, billing, call center or management required.
• Two (2) Years of HME claims experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee intake staff and ensure performance.
• Identify and fix root cause issues in referral processes.
• Manage referral processing for all service lines and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coach and develop staff through performance evaluations and coaching.
• Ensure timely handling of phone and email inquiries and compliance with standards.
