Smith Arnold Partners is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop its Midwest field sales organization. This remote role involves regular travel across MI, IL, OH, IN, WI, MN, IA, and MO to coach agencies and drive performance.

You will partner with senior leadership, oversee multiple agencies, and work to increase production and recruitment. A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in life insurance leadership are required, with travel a core aspect of the job.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of life insurance leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance operations, products, policies, and processes.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Travel within the Midwest required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee performance and development of multiple insurance sales agencies.
• Lead, coach, and support agency management and field sales professionals.
• Improve production, expand the sales force, and drive agency performance.
• Visit agencies to evaluate performance and provide hands-on coaching.
• Develop strategies with agency leaders to increase production and strengthen teams.
• Motivate and develop agents and support personnel.
• Analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as liaison between regional leadership and the field organization.
