Job summary

Leaf Home is hiring a Floating Installation Manager to support day-to-day operations of the regional installation department. You will coordinate scheduling with homeowners and subcontractors to maximize efficiency and ensure timely project completion.

The role requires recruiting and developing installation subcontractors, traveling 2–4 weeks per month, and leading a team with hands-on coaching. Strong MS Office skills and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires recruiting, training, coaching and onboarding subcontractors.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel 2–4 weeks per month to regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure jobs are installed daily to meet location attainment and effectiveness.
• Train, coach and develop installation subcontractors in office and field.
• Improve subcontractor retention through targeted training and engagement.
• Drive proficiency and efficiency among installation subcontractors.
• Work with Field Trainer on installer performance and capacity.
• Recruit subcontractors as needed.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders to perform services.
