Job summary

MGC Diagnostics in Saint Paul, MN, seeks an Inside Sales Associate to drive growth for UltraCare support plans and small system sales within a defined region. You will engage customers by phone and email, recommend coverage options, and manage quotes and follow-ups to close deals.

The role requires 3-5 years in sales, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. Occasional travel is possible, with a fast-paced open office environment and cross-functional collaboration to meet regional sales

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in sales.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with others to arrive at appropriate conclusions using diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers to recommend UltraCare support options and drive renewals and new sales.
• Identify needs and sell supplies/consumables, including quoting, order coordination, and follow-up to support recurring revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Promote and sell FeNom Flo, GoSpiro, and other small system solutions by identifying customer needs, preparing quotes, and coordinating follow-up through close.
• Record customer interactions, opportunities, and next steps in Salesforce to ensure accurate account history and follow-up.
• Maintain CRM dashboards and reports to track account status, activity, and regional pipeline performance.
