Job summary

MicroGenDX LLC seeks an Inside Sales Executive to grow an assigned territory of medical specialty physicians and clinics. You will prospect via inbound/outbound leads, emails, and social channels while expanding relationships with providers.

You will explain technical science clearly and manage the sales lifecycle from onboarding to service. The role requires strong communication, rigorous pipeline control, and collaboration across teams to ensure customer success in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business required.
• Experience in healthcare or medical sales is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific information to clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities from inbound and outbound channels.
• Identify key decision-makers at target accounts and build interest.
• Sell, onboard, train, and service physicians and clinics throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Deliver tailored online demonstrations addressing clinical and business needs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing, service, and lab ops teams for onboarding and satisfaction.
