Job summary

Dynamic Access, LLC seeks an Operations Manager for the New England Home Infusion region in Wakefield, MA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, patient services, staff scheduling, credentialing, payroll support and administrative functions, reporting to the Director of Nursing.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with HR, clinical leadership, pharmacies and referral sources, and the ability to maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in a related position with leadership responsibilities.
• Previous scheduling and staffing coordination experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Experience collaborating with clinical staff, HR, and external partners.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel for administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the New England Home Infusion region.
• Lead office and clinical staff; participate in hiring and performance management.
• Coordinate scheduling for RNs and office staff; manage vacations and sick time.
• Manage referral processes; communicate with pharmacies, physicians, and patients.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and company policies.
• Support credentialing, payroll calculations, and HR-related activities.
• Collaborate with the DON, HR, and leadership across regions.
