Job summary

Option Care Health seeks a Regional Director of Operations to drive safe, efficient patient care across multiple CMCs, including pharmacy and nursing. You will lead operations, ensure compliance, and partner to build market strategies while managing a combined revenue over $100 million.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, oversee policy adherence, and coordinate performance improvement activities for accreditation and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years leading operations.
• Experience managing P&L including budget development.
• 5+ years directing teams in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational performance of multiple CMCs with focus on quality patient care.
• Ensures patient safety and satisfaction across pharmacy and nursing operations.
• Drives market development and sales strategy in coordination with Regional Director, Sales.
• Manages financial performance via inventory optimization and controllable expenses.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and corporate policies.
• Leads recruitment, training and development of a cohesive team.
• Oversees 12+ Pharmacy Teams and $100M+ revenue across centers.
• Models leadership aligned with company values.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and proprietary data.
• Coordinates performance improvement activities for accreditation.
