Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Three or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or a related setting.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes.
Clinical background preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers.
Ensure consistent execution of standards, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care.
Lead, mentor, coach, and develop clinical, intake, and administrative teams.
Assess operational challenges and make timely decisions supporting patient care and compliance.
Monitor regional performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
Ensure SOPs are followed and identify process improvement opportunities.
Oversee facility readiness, vendor relationships, inventory coordination, staffing plans, and continuity.
Travel throughout the assigned region for onsite leadership and training.
