Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 8+ years in operations leadership.
• Minimum 3 years P&L management experience, including budget development.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational performance across branches ensuring safe, high quality patient care.
• Ensures patient safety and satisfaction including pharmacy dispensing operations and nursing.
• Drives market development and executes market-based sales strategies with Regional Director, Sales.
• Manages branch financial performance via supply chain/inventory optimization and controllable expenses.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and corporate policies; coordinates PI activities for accreditation.
