Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. seeks a Regional Director, Operations to lead patient care delivery across multiple Care Management Centers, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.

You will oversee pharmacy dispensing, nursing, and operational teams while aligning with corporate compliance and strategic goals. You will drive market development, manage costs and revenue across sites, and build a strong, high-performing team focused on superior patient outcomes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 8+ years in a leadership operations role.
• 3+ years of experience managing a P&L including budget development.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing people in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of all assigned CMCs including high-quality delivery of services and patient care.
• Ensure patient safety and satisfaction across pharmacy dispensing and nursing operations.
• Partner with Sales to drive market development and execute market-based strategy.
• Drive financial performance through supply chain optimization and controllable expense management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and corporate policies; recruit and develop a cohesive team.
