Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Practice Manager (RPM) in Cincinnati, OH. You will lead multiple infusion centers, coordinating clinical operations, intake and access, and staffing while partnering with executive leadership to drive performance and patient access.

The RPM oversees payer processes, reimbursements, and compliance, working with Intake, Nursing, Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle, and leaders to optimize referrals and outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field.
• Three+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations or infusion services.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, prior authorizations, and reimbursement workflows.
• Clinical background is preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for multiple infusion centers, ensuring compliance and high patient care.
• Lead and develop clinical, intake, and administrative teams.
• Make timely decisions to support patient care, compliance, and objectives.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and identify opportunities for scalability.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, vendor relations, and continuity across practices.
