Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Professional Informatics Services Team Leader to manage a field-based team delivering Informatics engagements (Empower, NuGenesis, UNIFI, waters_connect) across the US Western Region. You will collaborate with sales, service and other leaders to drive revenue and ensure customer success.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years deploying Waters Informatics products and prior management experience.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years deploying Waters’ Informatics product suite (Empower, NuGenesis, UNIFI, waters_connect).
Travel required (20-30%), includes local and overnight.
Prior management experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with customers.
Manage customer expectations, communicating work performed and follow up plan.
Work with Americas sales and service teams to ensure customer success and legendary service.
Drive Informatics implementation services revenue and business implications.
Staff hiring, training and development.
Resource management and scheduling.
Maintain knowledge of technology and customer demands with a 50% customer work schedule.
Identify and address opportunities for improvement in quality or efficiency.
