Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a Regional Industrial Sales Leader for the Alabama region (Birmingham, Mobile, Huntsville).This full-time role leads sales strategy, drives solution sales, and manages the sales team to hit revenue targets. Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial Sales (Electrical Industry preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership roles effectively motivating, delegating, and communicating vision.
• Ability to create and execute Industrial Sales Strategy and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set Industrial Sales strategy, direction and scope for the sales force to compete and meet customer needs.
• Execute Industrial Sales Strategy using CRM and associated tools.
• Manage productivity of the sales force, set expectations, monitor and evaluate performance, and mentor sales associates.
• Drive solution sales in digital, Gear, Lighting, Tools and Safety to position Crawford as the distributor of choice.
• Monitor area financial activities to guide and direct others to meet goals.
• Carry out reporting and analytics for sales performance and management.
• Encourage learning and development to grow capabilities across the team.
• Promote continuous improvement and high performance in delivery.
