Job summary

Marmon Industrial Energy & Infrastructure, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Regional Sales Representative to develop customer relationships and drive growth across the assigned region.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, monitor market trends, and report on performance while traveling up to 70%. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 with eligibility for annual incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of sales experience in a technical sales environment.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region as required.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 70% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and strengthen the company's market presence.
• Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans designed to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, and Operations, to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, customer activity, and key business metrics to the Regional Sales Director.
• Stay informed on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
