The Regional Industrial Engineer at The Sherwin-Williams Company will join the Logistics team to develop, implement, and sustain the Labor Management System (LMS) across regional DSCs. You will work with site teams to drive productivity, provide engineering support, and act as the LMS SME for regional operations.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement through data analysis, time studies, and standardized methods.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 1 year experience in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a technical field.
• Knowledge of engineering principles including time studies, labor standards, work analysis, and design.
• Experience with SQL and Tableau is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance and guidance to site teams in the operation and sustainability of the LMS at a site level.
• Assist with growth and evolution of the LMS through the LMS Quarterly Standard Review Process.
• Contribute to development of LMS through function modelling and upgrades.
• Support LMS team in creating and leveraging engineering labor standards for DSC processes.
• Use data, time studies, and performance history to identify opportunities in DSC operations.
• Drive development of LMS training documentation for DSC site teams.
• Lead CI projects related to LMS at regional DSCs.
• Act as SME of LMS and Industrial Engineering for regional site teams.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to develop reporting and analytics tools.
• Steer Data Analytics in gathering quality data and conclusions for engineering work.
• Guide IT-AWCS teams in developing and troubleshooting LMS tools.
• Provide front line support for LMS end user tools.
• Build relationships with operations, CI, safety, and maintenance/automation.
