Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Regional Industrial Engineer to optimize labor management in the logistics space. You will be the SME for LMS and Engineering, working with site teams to implement, sustain and expand LMS use across the region.

Responsibilities include supporting LMS operations, driving productivity through data-driven insights, and leading continuous improvement projects. Travel is expected (about 30%), with bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
1 year experience in Industrial Engineering, Operations or a technical field.
Knowledge of IE principles including time studies, labor standards, work analysis, job design, statistical modelling, and process modelling.

Responsibilities

Provide operation support for LMS at site level and drive LMS adoption.
Grow LMS capabilities through quarterly standard reviews and function upgrades.
Develop and leverage engineering labor standards for DSC processes and training materials.
Collaborate with Data Analytics to develop reporting tools and ensure data quality for engineering projects.
Lead strategic CI projects related to LMS at regional DSCs and act as SME for LMS and IE.
