Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an Industrial Engineer to develop and maintain engineered labor standards and prescribed work methods. You will analyze operations using labor management systems and SQL, partnering with operations leaders across sites to implement practical improvements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IE within logistics, time-study experience, and familiarity with MOST/MTM. Travel up to 75% and systems governance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering, or related field with IE experience.
• 3+ years in Industrial Engineering in large-scale logistics, distribution, or operations.
• Hands-on experience with time study methods and standard data.
• Experience with labor management systems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage engineered labor standards and prescribed work methods.
• Support governance by ensuring data integrity and documentation quality.
• Analyze operations using labor management, warehouse, and transport systems; perform SQL queries.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to identify root causes and translate analyses into actions.
• Lead or support multi-site improvement projects to boost productivity and labor utilization.
• Support project execution with timelines, milestones, and progress reporting.
• Conduct onsite observations and audits to validate adherence and system accuracy.
