The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a Regional Industrial Engineer to lead Labor Management System initiatives across regional distribution centers. You will partner with site teams, provide engineering support, and drive productivity and financial gains through LMS implementations.

Key duties include developing training materials, modelling processes, and coordinating with IT and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement across the Logistics region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 1 year experience in Industrial Engineering, Operations or a technical field.
• Knowledge of IE principles: time studies, labor standards, work design, process modelling and cost analysis.
• Experience with SQL in Snowflake or Oracle and Tableau is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide support in operation and sustainability of LMS at site level.
• Drive LMS growth across the division and support regional DSCs.
• Act as SME for LMS and Industrial Engineering for regional teams.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to develop reporting and analytical tools.
• Lead CI projects related to LMS at regional DSCs.
