Job summary

Lifespace Communities seeks a seasoned Director, Regional Independent Living Sales to drive occupancy and revenue growth across multiple Lifespace communities. You will coach Community Sales Directors, partner with Operations, Marketing and Finance, and develop regional strategies that scale results.

You will lead with a consultative, relationship-based selling approach, manage CRM analytics, and guide pricing and forecasting to optimize regional performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership within CCRC/Life Plan Communities.
• Proven regional or multi-site leadership experience driving occupancy and revenue.
• Experience coaching Community Sales Directors and sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of CCRC/Life Plan contracts (Type A/B).
• Expertise in consultative selling, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Financial acumen including occupancy planning and pricing strategies.
• Experience leveraging CRM data and sales analytics to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic regional sales leadership across a portfolio of Lifespace communities.
• Coach and develop Community Sales Directors and Sales Counselors.
• Strengthen sales execution: speed-to-lead, pipeline, tour quality, follow-up and closing.
• Lead regular business reviews with CRM analytics, forecasting and dashboards.
• Partner with Operations, Finance and Marketing on pricing, occupancy and market positioning.
• Build leadership pipeline by identifying and developing top sales talent.
